Santa Margherita, (11.5% Vol.) VENETOThe grapes are selected from 52 different vineyards in the historic heartland of the Valdobiadene D.O.C.G. production zone for Prosecco Superiore. This is a fresh-tasting wine, presenting bright straw with greenish highlights and persistent mousse. The nose is reminiscent of peaches and acacia blossom, mingling with rennet apples and pineapple. Balance, moderate acidity and elegantly rounded fruit accompany the prickle on the palate.

Greyfriars, (11.5% Vol.) SURREY 2014This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from mature vines lovingly handpicked in late October by family and friends and all fermented in used oak barrels. Produced using the traditional method this wine has matured in our cellars for over 12 months prior to degorging and release. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
Greyfriars Blanc de Blanc Brut
Greyfriars, (11.5% Vol.) SURREY 2014This Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes from mature vines planted in the early 1990s. A poor summer and extremely warm September yielded small volumes of very ripe grapes which were lovingly handpicked on an early October day by family and friends. Produced using the traditional method this wine has matured in our cellars for almost two years before being ready for release. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

Princes Blanc de Blancs, (12% Vol.) CHAMPAGNEThe House de Venoge resurrects the mythical Champagne Princes created in 1864 by Joseph de Venoge in honour of the Orange Princes. Its elegant and famous carafe recalls the crystal flasks in which European aristocracy used to decant their champagne in the early twentieth century. Princes Blanc de Blancs is made only from Premiers Crus and Grands Crus that are rigorously blended by our Cellar master. This Champagne shows wonderful mineral notes and a great ageing ability. Its freshness and elegance are underlined by subtle aromas of white flowers and citrus.

Greyfriars, (10.5% Vol.) SURREY 2017The vast majority of the grapes used in this wine were Pinot Noir from our Lansdowne vineyard with a dash of Chardonnay from our Monkshatch vineyard to add a little freshness. Picked in early October the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain their fresh and fruity characteristics and the wine was bottled in July 2017.

Vinosia, (13% Vol) CAMPANIA 2016/17Falanghina is a pale straw colour wine with a delicate fruity nose and aromas of pineapple and apricot. It is dry on the palate with good fresh acidity.

Lunae, (13% Vol) LIGURIA 2016/17The Cantine Lunae, a historic Ligurian winery, identifies itself with a unique territory, Colli di Luni which join Liguria with northern Tuscany. The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with light golden reflections, the bouquet offers an elegant fragrance with marked aromas of wild flowers, aromatic herbs, spices, ripe fruit and honey. On the palate it has just the right sapidity, harmony and persistence. This Vermentino is also capable of surprises many years after the vintage if kept properly in the cellar.

Vigneti Santa Caterina . Fantinel, (13% Vol.) FRIULI 2016/17The Pinot Grigio Collio, Vigneti Santa Caterina, is one of the best expressions of the white wines from "Friuli" in the North East Italy. It is a brilliant straw yellow wine, with an intense and persistent bouquet reminiscent of vanilla. It’s dry, fresh and delicate, with a good backbone of acidity.

La Ghibellina, (12.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2016/17La Ghibellina is a 20ha estate in Monterotondo in the heart of the Comune di Gavi production area. Low yields and careful production techniques involving very soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation give Gavi di Gavi La Ghibellina its fine floral bouquet and ripe, fruity palate.
Aquilis Sauvignon blanc
Ca' Bolani, (13% Vol.) FRIULI 2016In the vineyards of the estate, surrounded by terroir of Aquileia, Aquilis finds the ideal soils for the cultivation of a small production of highly expressive Sauvignon Blanc grapes. With a careful vinification and an appropriate bottle refinement it can combine gracefulness and intensity in the glass, in a wine capable of evolving for a long period of time. The name comes from an ancient Celtic settlement that already knew viticulture, and that in the subsequent centuries, thanks to the love for the wines of the Romans that conquered it, became a centre of production of great importance for the whole Empire.Colour: bright and intense straw yellow, with grey shades.Bouquet: Vigorous and rich in shades, which add complexity to the varietal imprint, combining the fruity gracefulness with the strength of vegetation.Body: The sip is fulfilling, elegantly dressed from the first taste to the smoky and haughty end, concentrated towards enjoyable green sensations.

Menhir, (14.5% Vol.) PUGLIA 2013/14This is an intense red colour wine with purple reflections; 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia. The bouquet has got fruity aromas of plum and blackberry with hints of spices. The body is full with a balanced and warm taste. It is the perfect accompaniment for roast, red meat and spicy cheeses.

Salvano, (13% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2011/13The Cantina Salvano produces this excellent Barbera d' Alba, a ruby red wine with an intense vinous aroma typical of the Barbera grape. The body is full with a bitterish aftertaste. It is the perfect accompaniment for both white and red meat dishes.

Antichi Poderi del Conte Fratta Pasini, (13.5% Vol.) VENETO 2014/15Valpolicella is one of the great wines of the tradition from Verona. It is produced from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. This superior valpolicella "ripasso" is made by leaving the wine at the end of the fermentation in contact with Amarone pomaces. This procedure called "Ripasso" leaves the wine with a strong full body, delicate flavours and a very smooth taste.
"Maestrale" Barbera d'Alba D.O.C.
Salvano, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2013/14Maestrale is a fine example of Barbera d'Alba; the wine, aged in barriques has a ruby red colour with the typical winery bouquet of this grape. The body is full with a slightly aroma of vanilla.
"Fosco" Dolcetto d'Alba D.O.C.
Salvano, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2013/14This wine is obtained from the careful selection of Dolcetto grapes from the vineyards nearby the town of Alba. A traditional method of fermentation gives this wine a unique fruity bouquet while the body is full, dry and slightly bitterish.

Salvano, (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2012/13Gentilium is one of the most traditional wines of Piedmont, produced blending Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes. Three years ageing in barriques give the wine a ruby red colour with orange hues, an intense bouquet with hints of violet and a velvety taste.
Bolney Estate, (12.5% Vol.) SUSSEX 2015/1690% Rondo, 9% Regent, 1% Dunkenfelder A medium-bodied dry red wine with lovely blackcurrent aromas. The palate shows ripe red berry and pepper flavours held together with good structure.
Luvaira, Rossese di Dolceaqua Superiore D.O.C.
Tenuta Anfosso, (13.5% Vol.) LIGURIA 2013/14Luvaira has an intense and complex bouquet which makes it one of the best Rossese on the market. The aromas range from hints of raspberries, fruit of the strawberry tree and blackcurrant to a floral note of withered rose. Spicy hints of pink pepper, leather and tobacco can also be detected. It is warm on the tongue and well balanced by pleasant softness, fresh enough with good tannins and quite full bodied. There is a good equilibrium, good intensity and a good aromatic persistence; it finisahes with extraordinary fineness.

Castello d'Albola, (13% Vol.) TOSCANA 2013/14This Chianti Classico Riserva is produced exclusively from selected grapes grown in the Zonin estate Castello d'Albola, in the heart of the CHianti Classico area in Radda in Chianti. The wine has spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves, alongside oaky and piquant peppery aromas. A rounded, creamy, sweet and well-balanced palate with an aftertaste of incense, balsamic and more spice.

Podere Guado al Melo, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA 2015/16This is one of the most exciting estates that have emerged from Bolgheri in recent years. Podere Guado al Melo, is located on the Tuscan coast, in the heart of the Bolgheri denomination. The wine a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is an intimate expression of Bolgheri with its harmony and elegance. Complex and velvety smooth, it has good capacity of ageing.

Col d’ Orcia, (14% Vol.) TOSCANA 2010/12Col d’Orcia is one of Montalcino’s most dynamic wineries; thanks to oenologist Pablo Harri, the wines are in the modern vein. This Brunello is a complex and “warm” wine, with high alcohol, from only Sangiovese grapes. Aged for over three years in oak cask and a further six months in bottle before sale.

Prunotto (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2013/14Barolo is undoubtedly the most prestigious Italian wine and milestone in the Piedmontese and Langhe tradition. Alfredo Prunotto gave his name and thirty three years of his life, to this renowned winery in Piedmont. Since 1989 it has been owned by the Antinori Family who have sought to boost the already high standards. The wine is garnet in colour, wide and complex on the nose with hints of violet and forest fruit aromas. It is full and velvety and well balanced on the palate.
"Vinorum" Barolo Riserva D.O.C.G.
Salvano (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2011/12Barolo Riserva Vinorum, is produced in the province of Cuneo, in a precise area, which includes the villages of Barolo, La Morra and Diano d’Alba. It is a deep garnet red colour wine with an intense and very persistent bouquet with scent of sweet wood and vanilla, a dry and velvety taste. It is undoubtedly the most prestigious Italian wine, and a milestone in the Piedmontese and Langhe tradition. The perfect accompaniment for red meat and game dishes and mature cheeses.
Bruno Porro "Bussia" Barolo D.O.C.G.
Ribote (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2013/14Barolo is produced from grapes harvested in October from a 60 years vineyard located in Monforte d’Alba at an altitude of 400 mt. After a total maceration of 25 days it is refined in medium toasted oak barrels for 36 months and aged in bottle for 10 months. The colour is garnet red with orange glints, the smell is intense with hints of violet and plum, the taste is warm, balanced, velvety and persistent.
Barolo Veglio D.O.C.G.
Veglio (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2013/14This Barolo from Veglio is produced from vineyards located in Serralunga d’Alba and Diano d’Alba. After the harvest in late October, the Nebbiolo grape is soft pressed and left in maceration for 4-5 days with temperature control. It is then refined in stainless steel barrels for one year and aged 2 years in 5000-liter-oak barrels and six months in bottle. The colour is garnet red with orange reflections; the nose is intense, fruity and spicy. It is dry on the taste with a well balanced full-body.

Salvano, (7% Vol.) PIEMONTEA light, frothy, sweet red wine with an intense fruity aroma made with partly fermented musts of Brachetto grapes produced in the provinces of Asti and Cuneo.

F.lli Nistri, (16% Vol.) TOSCANAIl Santo is a sweet and alcoholic dessert wine. The semi dry grapes of Grechetto give the wine a stunning amber colour and an intense aromatic bouquet typical of dried grapes and fruits.
Gambrinus, (27% Vol.) VENETOThe main ingredients of this liqueur is Grappa, natural aromas and Raboso wine made from the ancient indigenous vine of the same name grown on land made fertile by the River Piave. The passing seasons exalt its flavours and fragrance and its vivacious colour deepens with ageing. It is genuine natural evolution of this typical artisan speciality which represents the spirit of Raboso wine.
Maculan, (11.5% Vol.) VENETO 2016/17Maculan produces this unique style of Moscadello, from 100% Moscato Fior d’Arancio grapes. The result is an intense nose of Muscat grapes, honey and flower which leads to a vibrant palate with the sweetness balanced by freshness of flavour and a delicate mouthfeel.

Cascina Castlet, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE 2008/09Avie' Moscato Passito is made from partially dried grapes of the estates oldest Moscato vines. It is a rich dessert wine that retains all the delicious grapey sweetness and perfume of the Muscat grape.

Its lush red fruits are supported by good accidity, making it a natural pairing with anything containig tomato or tomato sauce. Pasta with Pork ragu, manicotti with cheese or pepperoni pizza woud all be fantasting pairings. Of course, if you are looking for something more refined, this wine will easily step up to Tuscan-style steaks and elegant brased pork,veal or duck.

Col d' Orcia, (14% Vol.) TOSCANA 2012/13It is a new vineyard where clones of Sangiovese that have been selected over the past ten years provide the basis for one of the most excellent expressions of Brunello. A wine that combines the great structure and longevity of the Brunello with the freshness and readiness of Rosso di Montalcino. Rich, massive with intense, inviting fruit, elegantly suported by the noble tannin and by the spices deriving from oak creating a harmonic impact.

Taurasi Santandrea D.O.C.G.
Vinosia, (14.5% Vol.) CAMPANIA 2011/12Taurasi Santandrea is a powerful wine, with concentrated black fruit and vanilla character. Full-bodied, with robust but well-integrated tannins, giving a surprisingly silky feel to the palate. It is a modern wine build to age, with loads of oak.

La Braccesca, Famiglia Antinori (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA 2006/07La Braccesca estate, situated at the foot of the hills around Cortona, has demonstrated to be a best-suited area for the production of syrah. Bramasole, made with 100% syrah grapes, is very deep in colour with fruity, intense aromas and hints of vanilla. On the palate, rich and soft with structure and a full, lingering finish.
Barbaresco D.O.C.G. "Vanotu"
Pellissero, (13.5% Vol.) Piemonte 2004/05
Barbaresco is one of Italy’s great wines from the north western Piemonte region. This in particular is entirely produced from a single vineyard located at about 350 mt of altitude with a composition of the soil, predominantly calcareous. The wine ages in barrique for eighteen months and in bottles for nine months. The result is a complex wine, ruby red in colour, with fruity notes of raspberries and cherries, harmoniously combined with soft wooden sensations like that of vanilla.
Deliella Nero d'Avola Sicila I.G.T.
Feudo Principi di Buttera, (14% Vol.) SICILIA 2011/12
100% Nero d'Avola grapes matured for 12 months part in barriques and part in Allier oak barrels; then for 12 additional months in bottle. Brilliant deep ruby red, it has a full persistent bouquet with scents of almond blossoms and spicy notes. The flavour dispaly a complex fruitness reminiscent of brandy preserved cherries pleasanly combined with the intriguing spicy notes in a long finish.
Famiglia Antinori, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA 2009
The original Super-Tuscan, Tignanello is poduced exclusively from the Tignanello vineyard. It is a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% cabernet Franc. The wine is intensely fruity and complex on the nose, with hints of wood. The body is full, rich and complex in the mouth with exceptional structure and a lengthy finish.
Castello d'Albola, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA 2011/12
65% Sangiovese and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes matured in barriques for 14 months; then fined for 6 in stainless steel and 6 in the bottle. Floral, toast notes compliment black cherry flavours that come across the palate in supple, velvety waves. The finish is crisply tart, with a hint of orange pekoe.
