Located on 53 Quarry Street, Olivo was founded in 1997 by Nicky and Fulvio Bertani, with the mission of bringing the authenticity and charm of Italian cuisine to the hearts of its customers.

Over the years, Olivo has become a beloved destination, known for its traditional dishes, welcoming atmosphere, and the finest quality ingredients.

On 23rd March  2023, former head chef and associate Nunzio, together with his wife Diana, took over the management of the restaurant, carrying forward the tradition and family spirit of Olivo Ristorante Italiano.

Today, in 2025, Olivo has been delighting the hearts of its customers for 27 years, offering an authentic culinary experience whether on its picturesque terrace or in its historic and elegant ambiance where every visit becomes a true journey to the heart of Italy.
