Crispy duck breast with leafy greens, pear slices in red wine glaze, dressed with walnuts
Arancina funghi e mozzarella
Typical Palermo speciality, rice ball filled with mozzarella, mushrooms and béchamel sauce, coated in breadcrumbs. Served on a bed of marinara sauce (v)

Deep fried, breadcrumbed calamari rings, lemon, garlic and aromatic herbs dressing, garlic mayonnaise
Scallops with Saffron Cauliflower
Tender oven-baked scallops served on a velvety saffron-infused cauliflower purée, finished with a touch of crispy prosciutto
Risotto alla Pescatora
Creamy risotto with prawns, mussels and calamari, finished with white wine, herbs, tomato and garlic
Tagliata di Manzo
10oz char-grilled Scotch sirloin steak served sliced on a bed of spinach, sautéed mushrooms and onion, with a rich Marsala wine sauce. Accompanied with oven roast potatoes
Spigola
Baked fillet of sea bass served with mussels in a garlic, white wine and tomato sauce. Served with mixed vegetables
